One of the top Alternative Asset Managers in the world, situated in New York, NY is
seeking a strong Compensation Accountant to join their team! The ideal candidate will possess very strong Microsoft Excel skills, including, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and SUMIFS. Responsibilities will include, analyzing large sets of compensation data, setting up variance reports, and comparing waterfall reports.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain all the duties dealing with compensation accounting
- Will be reporting and working under the Managing Director / Controller
- Analyze large sets of compensation data, using Microsoft Excel
- Preparing compensation footnotes
- Create variance reports, perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce weekly and monthly ad-hoc reporting for multiple departments
