What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator, Finance & Accounting position at Northbound Executive Search?
We have an opportunity for motivated and intelligent Coordinator to support the Finance & Accounting team of an established asset management firm. The Finance & Accounting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and coordinating internal communication within the team.
Qualified candidates will have 2 years of experience supporting a team and should be coming directly from an asset management firm. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transaction Processing : Assist with the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
- Reconciliation : Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation processes, including bank reconciliations, vendor accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Reporting : Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate vendor records.
- Corporate Credit Card Management : Oversee the tracking and reconciliation of corporate credit card expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies, review cardholder transactions, and assist in the submission of expense reports.
