What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant (HealthTech Investment Team) position at Northbound Executive Search?
We have an opportunity with an exceptional asset manager for an Executive Assistant to support and work closely with their Investment Team focused in the HealthTech space. The team is driven, fast paced, and looking for an individual to invest in and grow within the firm.
Qualified candidates will have 3 years of experience in an administrative support role in finance and also will have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage busy calendars for two senior executives within the team, balancing competing priorities and ensuring optimal use of their time.
- Schedule and coordinate expert network calls with industry specialists, consultants, and other external parties, ensuring availability.
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of PowerPoint decks for client meetings.
- Update and run reports in Excel.
- Maintain and organize client databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience supporting investment professionals
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling a plus!
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level executives, experts, and external partners.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
