Job Description :

A Financial Services firm is looking for a Loan Administrator to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have at least four years of Agency Loan Operations experience and needs to have recent experience using Loan IQ. The role will include all operational support of Agency Loans including loan processing, review and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Reconcile monies due and payable to the bank
  • Generating daily and weekly loan activity reports
  • Communicate with customers, banks, and executives
  • Liaise with relevant Operations teams to build / update deal information into Loan IQ

Job Requirements :

  • Previous Loan IQ experience strongly preferred!
  • At least 3 years of experience in Loan Administration
  • Strong communication skills, as this individual will be communicating with multiple teams
  • Team player / ability to take on additional projects as needed
