What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist Manager (Executive Floor) position at Northbound Executive Search?
We have an opportunity for a Receptionist Manager to oversee an administrative team and manage conference rooms for the executive floor of a global investment firm.
Qualified candidates will have experience in a receptionist or front of house role with at least 2 years of management experience. Candidates coming out of finance or similar preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3-5 administrative support staff, inclusive of creating schedules, coordinator time-off requests, and participating in annual reviews.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage executive floor calendar.
- Ensure rooms are set up with necessary equipment, supplies, and refreshments.
- Troubleshoot and assist with AV, video conferencing, and tech issues.
- Handle catering, event logistics, and last-minute requests.
- Maintain a professional and efficient environment for senior executives and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in reception or front of house role within a high end, corporate environment required.
- 2 years of direct people management experience required.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, AV tools, and video conferencing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
