Job Summary
This is a paid position through work-study or student employment and allows students to grow in leadership, professional and soft skills. Positions in this area will report to Director, Enterprise Application Management.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Information Technology has an ongoing need for several work study positions in Information Technology – Enterprise Applications Management Department.
- Work with Enterprise Application Management team on development projects.
- Troubleshoot Workday application issues.
- Track work tickets
- Reporting & 3rd party integrations
- This is not an all-inclusive list.
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Must be an active student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
- Please note that students are not permitted to work in Federal Work-Study positions during scheduled class times.
- Completed at least one semester in an Information Technology Program.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, at least one programming language, and familiarity with database technologies.
- Should also have familiarity with the software development life cycle.
- Must also have excellent customer service skills.
- Good listening and people skills.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Must be able to work independently and learn quickly.
- Ability to work on large programming/development projects on your own or within a team.
