Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Grand Forks Corporate Office Team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to customers who call or walk in. This position will receive calls from propane, bulk fuels and retail store customers. This position will also be responsible for invoicing, receiving payments and backing up the receptionist. Must have the ability to work as a team, follow instructions and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Professionally assist call-in propane, bulk fuel and retail store customers
- Invoicing and receiving payments
- Handle multiple customers at a time in a friendly, efficient manner
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Office receptionist back up
Qualifications: High school education degree. Two years of relevant experience in an office environment and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required. An associate degree/diploma in office administration is preferred. Must be able to work Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to stay organized and multitask successfully with multiple priorities.
