About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive at Northeading Technologies, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach across North America by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your deep understanding of the staffing industry, coupled with your proven business development success, will be key to connecting top talent with leading organizations. This role focuses on building partnerships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best talent solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT/Technical staffing market across North America.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and hiring managers at target companies.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure a deep understanding of client requirements, job specifications, and candidate profiles.
- Showcase the value and benefits of partnering with Northeading Technologies, highlighting our unique approach and AI-driven solutions.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client pain points, talent acquisition challenges, and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of staffing industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Network actively within the IT/Technical community to build relationships and generate leads.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development within the IT/Technical staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the IT and ERP landscape, including various technologies, roles, and skill sets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
