POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales of cash management solutions to existing and new business clients. Possesses a deep knowledge of cash management services, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify opportunities to deliver value through customized financial solutions.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing cash management clients by building trust and credibility through excellent service and understanding of their business needs. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cash management services, addressing inquiries and providing expert advice. Seek opportunities to expand cash management solutions within existing customer base to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management.
- Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients to offer cash management solutions. This role involves proactively seeking out new business opportunities, educating prospects on the value of cash management services, and driving the sales process to convert leads into customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborates with supervisor to design, develop and update sales training materials, including presentations and guides to equip our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel in their roles. Conduct engaging and interactive training content that caters to various learning styles.
- Reviews completed ACH Originator and Remote Deposit Audits to determine if appropriate limits are in place and make recommendations for limit adjustments if necessary. Coordinates and communicates customer audit timelines with digital banking staff and lenders. Conducts customer site visits as needed.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- High school diploma 4 years of general education
- College degree preferred
Experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years in banking.
- A minimum of 2 years training experience
- A minimum of 5-8 years in sales or sales support role preferred
Other Skills/Characteristics
- Strong knowledge of cash management products and services, such as payments, liquidity management and fraud prevention
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions that create value.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
