Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
Inspect resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
Train new housekeeping employees and conduct ongoing training on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Prepare work schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain housekeeping supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Address guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent-required
- Prior industrial/commercial housekeeping experience preferred
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Dependable, adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work hours include alternate Saturdays and Sundays
Compensation:
- Rate will be commensurate with experience.
