Early Intervention Specialist

Job Summary: Northeast Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a case manager for children aged 5 and under with serious mental illness or at risk of developing it.

About the Position: The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to these young individuals and their families, connecting them with essential resources, services, and treatment options. This includes medical, social, educational, and other specialized mental health services.

Responsibilities: As a case manager, you will work closely with clients, healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to create personalized plans that cater to each family's unique needs. Your role will involve assessing client needs, coordinating service delivery, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements: We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. You should possess excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a non-traditional work environment. Additionally, self-motivation, creativity, and a proactive approach to seeking services for clients are essential qualities for this position.

Certifications and Clearances: To ensure the highest level of care for our clients, we require all staff members to undergo a thorough screening process. This includes obtaining FBI Clearance, PA Criminal Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance.
