Part Time Receptionist

NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Part-time, Receptionist for our Brockton, MA location.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8AM to 5PM (24 hours per week)

Rate: $20.00/hr

• Specific Responsibilities:
• "Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner."
• "Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls."
• "Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable."
• "Provide accurate and timely information to clients and visitors."
• "Sort and distribute mail and deliveries."
• "Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mailings
• "Maintain accurate records and databases."
• Skills & Qualifications:
• "Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential."
• "Strong organizational and time management skills are required."
• "Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must."
• "High school diploma or equivalent required; some experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred."
