What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Northeast Florida Contracting, LLC?
NEFCON is looking for an office administrator to fulfill day-to-day administrative tasks within our office. We are looking for someone with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, checking and sorting mail, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and researching and directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Filing documents, maintaining records including fleet vehicles, and bookkeeping data entry assistance.
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies including kitchen supplies
- Maintain appearance of the office, including conference room and kitchen, includes light cleaning of conference room table and kitchen area.
- Communication with IT provider to solve technical problems with printers and computers in the office, including new employee set up.
Required skills for an office administrator:
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain detailed records.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication to interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Proficient in office software: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant office applications.
- Attention to detail: Ability to carefully review documents, data, and information for accuracy.
- Time management skills: Effectively managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet schedules.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
