Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care as the primary care provider in states where collaborative agreements are not required.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to diagnose and assess patient health concerns.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with Physicians, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Develop and document individualized care plans.
- Prescribe medications or other appropriate treatments.
- Participate in the On-Call program, which may include after-hours, weekend, and holiday responsibilities.
- Master’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current, active, valid, and unrestricted RN and NP licenses in Nevada.
- Multi-state licensure is required if providing services in multiple states.
- Completion of a Tuberculosis test is required for this position.
- Candidates must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area
