We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our supportive and family-oriented team. This hybrid role ( 1 day per week work from home ) offers flexibility and the opportunity to thrive in a professional yet friendly atmosphere. You will handle essential client service tasks while supporting our Commercial Lines Department and Account Managers. The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 annually , with opportunities for career advancement. As you grow in experience, you will take on more challenging assignments, progressing toward a senior role in Customer Service or even an Account Management position.

Responsibilities
- Process policy changes, issue binders, certificates, and review policies for accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls for service requests, ensuring exceptional client support.
- Maintain accurate records, documenting interactions with clients, carriers, and others.
- Assist Account Managers with marketing, submissions, and account rounding for new and renewal business.
- Create professional client proposals to support the Commercial Lines Department.
- Assist clients and Account Managers with general liability and workers' compensation audits, providing updates weekly.
- Address and resolve late payments with clients and carriers, producing current status reports for management.
