What You'll Do
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in employment and community settings.
- Help individuals develop and maintain natural support systems.
- Foster meaningful social roles, relationships, and independence.
- Promote dignity, respect, and empowerment in all interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting others.

- Competitive hourly pay starting at $18 per hour with higher rates for LNAs
