DS Direct Support Professional (Community Skills Groups)   Meaningful work opportunity as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Community Skills Groups! In this role, you'll have the chance to provide respectful support and guidance to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, assisting them in participating in small, community-based classes centered around ISA goal themes. Facilitate valued social roles and relationships. Maintain strict consumer confidentiality in accordance with Federal Confidentiality Regulations (42 CFR Part 2 as amended), NKHS policies, and HIPAA regulations. Develop a rapport with individuals to cultivate a safe and supportive working relationship. Responsible for supporting up to three individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities at one time to work on skill-building activities.   Expectations Willingness to utilize phone for work purposes.
