Facilitate valued social roles and relationships. Maintain strict consumer confidentiality in accordance with Federal Confidentiality Regulations (42 CFR Part 2 as amended), NKHS policies, and HIPAA regulations. Develop a rapport with individuals to cultivate a safe and supportive working relationship. Responsible for supporting up to three individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities at one time to work on skill-building activities.   Expectations Willingness to utilize phone for work purposes.
