Position Overview:
The Client Services Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support administrative functions, managing calendars, and handling client correspondence.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Assist with sample intake and reporting.
- Communicating with costumers in person, by phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Suite (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
