Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Our company is looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager to estimate and manage a diversity of projects from ground ups to renovations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also a team player who understands the importance of working with others and communicating effectively. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, tech savvy and punctual. They should have the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization and contain or be eager to learn the knowledge of all aspects of estimating and project management, including preparation, cost analysis, negotiation, time management and quality control.

Experience as an estimator & project manager is not required, however any experience will directly correlate to the salary offered.

Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-bid meetings, procure plans and specifications, jobsite visits.
• Review blueprints, prepare scopes of works, send out invitations to bid, coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors, finalize bid submissions.
• Manage projects from start to finish i.e; reviewing contracts, coordinating with Owners Representatives, City Officials, gathering submittals, scheduling, supervising and scheduling work in the field, field supervision, processing and submitting change orders and billings, close out documents, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF software is required.

Plusses:

• Experience with Civil3D and Primavera P6.
