Position Summary: This position is a unique opportunity for an analytical, systems-minded individual to be responsible for daily operations, executive support, and assistance with business development for two distinctly different companies. The right candidate will enjoy hands-on involvement in the entrepreneurial process and experience significant growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Create written processes for all aspects of both operations with a focus on continuous improvement and the goal of a paperless office environment
- Support our new and existing client relationships with an emphasis on high-quality service
- Manage our orders, billing, collections, and accounts payable using QuickBooks with weekly monitoring and reporting
- Oversee our office scheduling, supervise our administrative and virtual assistants, and provide hands-on organizational support as needed
- Determine and coordinate our office software and technological needs, including our website design and maintenance
- Implement and maintain a CRM and coordinate our marketing and ongoing business development initiatives
- Supervise production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management and actively make recommendations for scalability and process flow
- Other responsibilities will develop through the growth of this role and our businesses
Requirements:
- Strong organizational ability in a highly dynamic environment is critical
- Analytical orientation and ability to manage an idea through implementation
- Solutions-oriented with a desire for continuous improvement
- Ability to manage many projects at once and enjoy it!
- Strong technical aptitude with an eye for automation
- Aptitude for relationship-building and collaboration
- QuickBooks (or similar software) and accounting/bookkeeping experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an operational or key administrative role
- Financial servies experience is preferred
- Technical training, a college degree, or other forms of educational development are desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
