Job Description:
Northeast Power Dry is seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to be the liaison between our company and its current and potential contractors. As a Road Warrior B2B sales representative, you will build and maintain strong relationships with contractors to make us their preferred provider in times of need. This position requires a self-motivated, charismatic individual with a proven track record of success in business development, account management, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and plumbers in your assigned territory, focusing on B2B sales and client acquisition.
Qualify clients to determine the right fit for our services and referral programs, ensuring high-quality leads and long-term partnerships.
Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, networking events, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and in-person events.
Attend key marketing events, educational seminars, and other business development activities to build brand awareness and new business opportunities.
Achieve sales goals, enrollment targets, and revenue objectives for weekly, monthly, and yearly achievements.
Professionally promote and represent our company and brand in face-to-face B2B meetings.
Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity and networking.
Complete weekly sales reports and maintain monthly marketing routes to ensure consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
Manage your territory and referral partners with regular value-added touchpoints to drive engagement and sales growth.
Surpass goals and demonstrate success in sales targets, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.

Qualifications:
B2B sales experience with a strong background in new business development and account management.
Proven success in relationship building and client acquisition in a field sales role, particularly in construction, restoration, or service industries.
Familiarity with contractor relations and experience working with plumbers, general contractors, or similar vendors is a plus.
Experience using CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to negotiate and close deals with clients in a competitive B2B environment.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to travel within the Somerset County territory and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with remote work in a field-based sales role.
