Northeast Pro Painting & Restoration is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson / Project Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts, estimating project costs, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. We are committed to providing comprehensive training on our products, estimating processes, and sales techniques. This position offers a competitive base salary of $43,000, plus commission on all projects.
Typical Duties:
- Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and ensure their needs are met.
- Compose and present on-site estimates for potential projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understand and learn our established sales process to effectively communicate with clients.
- Visit ongoing projects to check on progress, address client concerns, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and company events to promote services and expand client base.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working environment and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Well-maintained vehicle for travel to job sites and client meetings.
- Working cell phone (preferably an iPhone) for communication and coordination.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A bubbly personality and excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
