Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various HR functions, possess excellent leadership abilities, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Update/establish, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that will improve the organization's overall operation and effectiveness.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other employment issues
- Manage and complete all pre-employment and post-employment items.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Complete all onboarding/offboarding activities and paperwork in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Oversee and manage employee compensation and all benefits programs.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Screen job applicants, identify appropriate candidates to interview, and work with management to schedule interviews
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Maintain confidentiality of all personnel information kept by the Agency in accordance with current laws and regulations.
- Manage all personnel actions and information requests.
- Track completion of performance evaluations and yearly education for staff.
- Provide guidance on employee grievances, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 HR experience as a HR Manager, preferably within the home health industry.
- Profound knowledge of labor laws, particularly those relevant to the homecare sector.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Agility and adaptability in a constantly evolving business environment.
