THE OPPORTUNITY: We're seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our installation crew where you'll work with renewable energy technologies. This position offers a chance to build expertise in the growing clean energy sector while enjoying stable work with a company that values your skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and mentor apprentices on solar PV installations, panel attachment, and electrical interconnection
- Coordinate electrical inspections
- Ensure job sites are properly supplied with necessary materials and tools
- Maintain crew and job site safety standards
- Complete professional installation documentation
- Contribute to our team's reputation for excellence
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive Compensation: $45-$50 per hour ($93,600-$104,000 annually) based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Massachusetts licensed Journeyman Electrician
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Physical capability to lift 70 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Comfort working in various weather conditions and environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- NABCEP solar installation certificate or equivalent
- Construction experience
- Proficiency with power tools and safety equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
LOCATION:
- Hatfield, MA 01038 (in-person position)
- Service area: Four counties of Western Massachusetts
