WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead and mentor apprentices on solar PV installations, panel attachment, and electrical interconnection
Coordinate electrical inspections
Ensure job sites are properly supplied with necessary materials and tools
Maintain crew and job site safety standards
Complete professional installation documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
Current Massachusetts licensed Journeyman Electrician
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
Physical capability to lift 70 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights
OSHA 10-hour certification
Comfort working in various weather conditions and environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
NABCEP solar installation certificate or equivalent
Construction experience
