Job Description:
We are in search of a child loving educator to join our esteemed team as an Aftercare Teacher. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in child care, demonstrating the ability to adeptly interact with both students and parents. Key responsibilities encompass:
- Assist overseeing a classroom with a capacity of up to 20 students.
- Co-Designing and executing enriching activities to foster student growth.
- Ensuring the safety, security, and holistic wellbeing of each student.
- Collaborating closely with the Lead Teacher and fellow staff members.
- Successfully passing a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
Qualifications:
- Attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a childcare role
- Proficiency in maintaining composed and effective interactions with students and parents.
- Strong acumen for classroom leadership and management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with polished interpersonal aptitude.
