NET is looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant!
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer and their direct reports. They will provide specialized clerical, administrative, and fiscal support services to the CEO and CFO and provide supervision for the front desk receptionist. This position will have access to highly sensitive financial and confidential information.

NET is looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant!
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer and their direct reports. They will provide specialized clerical, administrative, and fiscal support services to the CEO and CFO and provide supervision for the front desk receptionist. This position will have access to highly sensitive financial and confidential information.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : (and other duties as assigned)
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO & CFO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Perform highly confidential administrative and executive support to the CEO &CFO
- Provide quality assurance support as needed
- Execute a variety of assignments supporting work teams reporting to the CEO & CFO (Accounting, Contracts, Facilities)
- Maintain the purchase order and procurement process as well as pay/funder contracts
- Accounting tasks as assigned
- Point of contact for the facilitation of proposals, grants and RFPs submissions on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- In the absence of the EA for the COO, schedules board, executive staff, and senior leadership meetings and attend meetings to take notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Provides supervision and oversight for front desk receptionist
- Provides coverage for receptionist
- Serves as back-up to Executive Administrative Assistance to the COO
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School degree (or G.E.D) or equivalent, some advanced education preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word and Excel) at the intermediate to advanced level
- Must have current State clearances for Child Abuse, Criminal Records check, FBI, and contagious diseases.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Minimum of 1 year supporting senior level executives
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience working in the non-profit sector, specifically behavioral health, preferred but not required
- Some experience with basic accounting functions preferred
