The Senior CCBHC Director/Director of Integrated Care oversees the implementation of the integrated care model at NET’s CCBHC clinic. Provides oversight, direction, and supervision for the entire CCBHC clinic and its operations. Directs, plans, supervises, and coordinates the integration of all CCBHC programs, including outpatient, mental health outpatient, case/care management, peer support, and physical health to ensure continual improvement of the quality of care. Responsible for quality, financial, and regulatory aspects of the CCBHC and its components.
Essential Position Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

Directs, plans, supervises, and coordinates the integration of all CCBHC programs, including outpatient, mental health outpatient, case/care management, peer support, and physical health to ensure continual improvement of the quality of care. Responsible for quality, financial, and regulatory aspects of the CCBHC and its components.
Essential Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that clinical and administrative supervision completed for all CCBHC staff.
- Ensure overall program and staff adherence to all DDAP, OMHSAS, CBH, and CCBHC regulations.
- Work collaboratively with CCBHC team to implement CCBHC attestation and all CCBHC criteria required by SAMHSA.
- Supervises Program Directors for MHOP, OP, Case Management, and Peer Support to ensure seamless integrated experience for clients served by the CCBHC.
- Provide supervision and oversight to outpatient (addictions), mental health outpatient, case management, and peer support programs
- Ensures program adherence to SAMHSA, state, and local regulatory bodies.
- NOMs training and completion monitoring
- CCBHC & ICWC data reporting to SAMHSA, CBH and OMHSAS
- Work with program directors and VP on Clinic-led measures and all other quality metrics
- Implementation of CCBHC criteria/requirements in conjunction with VP and program directors
- Maintain regular communication w/ SAMHSA, including GPO
- Works collaboratively with other directors to improve clinical outcomes and processes throughout the Integrated Care Division.
- Monitoring of ICWC and CCBHC dashboards and ongoing CQI
- Identifying training needs and coordination of trainings for staff
- Performs audits and implements procedures to increase quality assurance measures.
- Monitor QRR audits and establish new ones
- Quality Monitoring calls
- Creates policies, procedures, and workflows for CCBHC program.
- CCBHC SOP manual
- Updating manual as needed
- Responsible for Project Director responsibilities for CCBHC.
- Track and ensure meeting of grant goals, including enrollments, NOMs completion, budget and spending targets and other KPIs and goals written in grant application
- CCBHC onboarding process for new staff in conjunction with program directors
- Lead weekly CCBHC Leadership meeting and ensuring follow up on action items
- Lead biweekly CCBHC Staff meetings as well as Case Consult/OBOT meetings
- Monitor CCBHC budget and spending
- Attend check in meeting with other department leads as needed
- Attend regular GPO meetings
- Attend weekly ICWC directors meetings
- Exploration of addition of primary care services within Integrated Care division
- Maintain CCBHC Project Tracker spreadsheet
- Supporting with establishment, maintenance, and operationalization of linkage agreements
- Monitoring KPIs and outcomes related to grant goals
- Attending ICWC/CCBHC stakeholder meetings (e.g., RCPA, OMHSAS)
- Supporting with special projects and initiatives related to integrated care
- Conduct Employee Evaluations; formulate and implement Training Plans; Corrective Action plans as appropriate.
- Specific to supervision of CPS/BCM supervisor and OP/MHOP director as well as assist with their staff
- Interviewing, hiring, on-boarding and training of new staff in conjunction with program directors.
- Orientation of CCBHC and ICWC staff
- Supporting Directors with: onboarding and training of new staff
- Supporting with recruitment and hiring as needed
- Sign off on clinical documentation, as required.
- Continuous evaluation and streamlining of program and staff workflows to maximize efficiency.

- Actively monitor ASAM report to ensure that all CBH members are receiving 3 core services. Work collaboratively with OP/MHOP Director to identify creative ways to ascertain and improve this.
- Responsible for all ICWC reporting in conjunction with IT department for all regulatory bodies and payor sources..
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- Education: Master’s degree in social work; Clinical license in PA preferred.
- Work Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in the human service field- 2 of which were in the field of case management; AND 3 years supervisory experience.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Addictions
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PowerPoint; experience with HRIS and benefits databases.
- Ability to manage both the strategic and day-to-day operations with superior organizational skills, ensuring the management of multiple projects, and being highly detail oriented.
- Personality to enforce accountability of NET policies and procedures, must be able to work with all types of personalities
- Flexible and able to exercise independent judgment to interpret and apply policies and regulations to specific situations.
- Adhere to applicable city, county, state, and federal laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures, and standards.
- Must have current, satisfactory verification of the following:
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
- FBI Record Check (If applicable)
- Valid Driver’s License (in state of residency)
