Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Northeast Window, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by meeting potential customers, building relationships and closing deals for our exterior home remodeling services.
Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling:
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their exterior home remodeling needs and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on our products and services based on clients' requirements.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of our exterior home remodeling solutions.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare accurate and customized proposals and estimates for clients based on their specific project requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create compelling proposals that address clients' needs and preferences.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Sales Closing:
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to exterior home remodeling.
- Update regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed within 35 miles.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
