Job Description
The successful candidate will join our dynamic team as a Charter Operations Coordinator, playing a pivotal role in managing daily operations and supporting our fast-paced environment. This opportunity requires a driven individual with a strong background in operations, client services, and sales, who can ensure all flights are organized and handled in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance with operational manuals and company policies.
- Effective collaboration with flight crews to guarantee safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Arranging ground transportation, catering, and other passenger-specific requests.
- Coordinating aircraft handling, including FBO notification, fuel, catering, hangar, aircraft cleaning, after-hours, and other services as necessary.
- International operations coordination, encompassing permits, handling, parking, airport slots, customs, and overflights.
- Additional duties as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in flight operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or Aviation related discipline preferred.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of FAR's 91/135 regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and be available 24/7 as needed.
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Jet Insight preferred.
- General knowledge of aviation, aircraft performance, geography, and travel logistics.
