ACT Team Manager

The ACT Team Manager has direct responsibility for the services provided to consumers assigned to the Assertive Community Treatment Program. Assists with overall management responsibilities of the ACT Team as needed. Provides direct supervision to ACT staff and assures compliance with DMHA ACT standards. The ACT Team Manager provides oversight to community-based team members who work with clients with the highest level of need. This position requires organization, time management skills, and a belief in healing. The ACT Team Manager will work Monday - Friday in the office and be available to the team and the clients being served.

Education: MSW or Master's Degree in related field from accredited university.

Experience: Experience in psychiatry social work/therapy with SMI adults or related mental health fields preferred. Licensure preferred.

Minimum of two years supervisory experience required.

Full time. This is a first shift position, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of some weekend time addressing client issues.
