- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare providers.
- Support mobility by assisting clients with walking or transferring between locations safely.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any significant observations during visits.
