Job Overview
This full-time hybrid role as an Education and Events Coordinator is responsible for marketing educational courses and events, coordinating communication with members, providing excellent customer service, planning and administration of Roundtables, and preparation of board packets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies
- Coordinate with members on invoicing and communication
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Plan and administer Roundtables
- Prepare board packets and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
