About the Opportunity
Reporting to one of the Senior Assistant Directors within Residential Life at Northeastern University, the Operations Coordinator oversees the facilities and operational functions of a complex of residential communities, including daily operation and maintenance updates. Encompassing a wide range of operational duties, including building preparedness, facilities management, emergency response, student support and enhancing community living. The Coordinator is a live-off position that provides point of contact student support.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Management
- Partnering with Housing Operations maintains accurate records of student housing assignments, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Oversee the documentation of maintenance requests, incident reports, and other relevant records.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and federal regulations related to student housing.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on housing occupancy, maintenance issues, and other relevant metrics.

Supervision and Staff Development
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree
Experience : Experience with higher education, facilities management, operational functions, and / or community development.
