$52,821.00 - $74,607.75

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Initiate Financial Transactions:
- Working closely with the Senior Director, initiate the following types of financial transactions on a regular basis: student payroll, journal vouchers, direct pays, Concur reviews, and other associated transactions.
- Track, monitor, and reconcile all transactions to fund budgets.
- Working closely with the Senior Director, monitor budgets for all department funds, providing timely reconciliation of actuals against budgets.
- Forecast expenses as needed for department budget reviews.
- Use University systems such as Workday, Banner, Concur and others.
- Initiate student hires on behalf of Student Life Operations.
- Evaluate business needs, available funding, and collect necessary information to route to Student Employment and HR.
- Monitor and follow-up on hiring issues to ensure successful hire and onboarding. Note anticipated wage and fringe costs on appropriate department budget tracking.
- Assist with student and staff candidate management, arrange interviews, coordinate/collect distribute required documents on the candidate side, as requested.
- Liaison between department, Student Employment, and HR on university employment initiatives.
- Work with department leadership to coordinate special projects.
- Assist with annual projects including divisional goals, budget projections, and capital project requests.
