$21.59/hr, 40 hrs/wk, 52 wks/yr (This position offers a hybrid work option once a successful probationary period has been met)
Summary
In compliance with Federal Law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Working under general supervision and with moderate difficulty this position is responsible for assisting low-income households with obtaining community services to help meet their basic needs. This position is also responsible for providing ongoing case management services and community resource referrals to clients to further promote self-sufficiency.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Education And/Or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social services, psychology, behavioral sciences, or other related field of study; and two years’ experience in social services, psychology, behavioral sciences, or other related field of study; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Interviews applicants to assess the needs and eligibility of applicants for services
- Prioritizes and schedules the intake process for qualified applicants to identify, initiate, and refer services that will best address their needs
- Provides ongoing case management to clients, including follow-up to assess and address further needs
- Conducts outreach activities including attending community events and committee meetings to promote CSA services
- Collaborates and coordinates with other agencies to provide comprehensive services that appropriately address the needs of each client
- Conducts home visits to ensure community services to homebound clients
- Provides financial management education and coaching to clients to help them achieve improved financial health
- Compiles data and prepares and submits monthly reports as necessary to ensure program compliance and to meet state and federal requirements
Education And/Or Experience
