Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms on telemetry patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Perform IV insertions and manage intravenous lines
- Utilize Durable Medical Equipment (DME) effectively
- Assist in procedures within the Operating Room (OR)
- Engage in patient education and family planning
- Work in a fast-paced environment within a Teaching Hospital setting
Qualifications
- Grad of an Accredited Program
- Specialized field of study should be nursing.
- A current and valid nursing license.
- Must have BLS certification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00 - $53.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
