Our growing med spa is looking for a Back Office Assistant/Receptionist to support our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, patient coordination and back office duties to help keep our practice running smoothly. Duties
- Patient Calls for cancelations and rescheduling
- Check voicemails and respond to patients
- Support the front desk with checking-out patients
- Confirm appointments for the week
- Pull labs and charts for daily patients
- Check that labs are done for appointments
- Check messages on info mail
- Support front desk and other back-up as necessary
- Assigned projects as necessary
- Fill in for other positions as required
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and on-time
- Effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask
- Background in Aesthetics or Medical office helpful
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical procedures
