Northern Counties Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Revenue Cycle Associate. As a key member of our administrative team, you will work under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Manager to ensure efficient financial operations, maintain accuracy, and support the smooth delivery of healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Review AthenaOne payment postings and collaborate with CHAN to resolve issues.
• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Batch remittances for AthenaOne and Accounting processes.
• Download and upload remittance advices to AthenaOne.
• Work closely with ABW and payers to address billing questions and concerns.
• Provide assistance to patients with account-related inquiries.
• Support the Revenue Cycle Manager with additional tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of billing and accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Adherence to all company compliance training requirements and ethical standards.
