We are seeking a compassionate and skilled COTA to join our therapy team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide occupational therapy services that promote independence and quality of life.
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
- Assist residents in developing skills to achieve independence and quality of life.
- Implement treatment plans tailored to residents' specific needs.
- Document therapy sessions accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have active certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Pennsylvania. Proven experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
