Role Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of production, logistics, and facility operations to ensure the efficient and cost-effective manufacture of geothermal heat pumps and renewable energy products. This leadership role requires a results-driven individual capable of managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight : Manage daily production activities, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor department leads, including the Production Manager, Plant Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, and other key roles.
- Process Optimization : Analyze operational workflows and implement improvements to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, supply chain coordination, and warehouse operations.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards, promoting a culture of workplace safety.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Facility Management : Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the 35,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.
- Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, customer service representatives, and sales teams to align operational priorities with company goals.
