Responsibilities
- Ability to develop electronic drawings from conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all phases of project documentation
- Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
- Plans and programs layout of a project; coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
- Develop solutions to design assignments and technical problems
- Interact and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other agencies
- Interfaces with the Director of Architecture and project managers
- Demonstrate an ability to work on multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule constraints
- Experience with building codes, zoning and general knowledge in jurisdictional processes
- Participate in activities that strengthen our culture, knowledge base, and capabilities
- Great leadership, team management, client communications, and engineering integration skills
