The firm currently utilizes a balanced mix of CAD and Revit technologies, with each accounting for approximately 50% of their project work. They are actively pursuing a strategic transition to fully adopt Revit across all their operations. To achieve this goal, they are committed to enhancing their staff's proficiency through comprehensive training programs, aiming to leverage Revit's advanced capabilities to improve their design processes and project outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce BIM/CAD strategies, execution plans, standards, and workflows across the firm

Manage and coordinate BIM/CAD activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to firm-wide modeling and information standards

Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of BIM/CAD libraries, templates, families, and documentation

Provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting for staff on BIM/CAD software and best practices, both individually and in group settings

Evaluate, implement, and customize new BIM/CAD software and technologies to improve efficiency and capabilities

Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective use of BIM/CAD technology and maintain continuity of information across multiple applications

Generate reports on BIM/CAD progress and efficiency for senior management

Interface with external support resources and handle product testing

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

5 years of experience in architectural design and BIM/CAD management

Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of BIM processes and industry standards

Experience managing BIM/CAD teams and projects

Excellent communication and leadership skills
