Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective financial management and unwavering responsiveness.
- Proposal Development : Craft comprehensive proposals, define scopes, establish fees, and meticulously monitor performance.
- Municipal Relations : Foster lasting connections with City departments, promoting productive collaboration.
- Dynamic Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations at hearings, Commissions, and Council meetings.
- Team Leadership : Provide visionary leadership, effectively managing engineers and technicians.
- Technical Expertise : Offer technical oversight and design proficiency encompassing pavements, utilities, grading, site elements, and drainage.
- Regulatory Acumen : Demonstrate adeptness with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and other critical design criteria.
- Survey Management : Efficiently oversee the requirements of in-house and external surveying support.
- Community Engagement : Actively engage with and assume leadership roles in civic, technical, and professional organizations, championing community involvement.

Site Design : Contribute to site design projects for diverse sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and institutional buildings.
