**Responsibilities:**
- Participate in an intensive orientation program under the supervision of a registered nurse educator or preceptor.
- Schedule an NCLEX exam date within the first 45 days of employment and provide results to the Human Resources Department and Nurse Manager within one business day.
- Attend general orientation classes as determined by Northern Light Health Education Services.
- Perform approved tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse preceptor.
- Abstain from performing tasks that require professional licensure.
- Complete required Health Stream modules within the first 30 days of hire.
