Peer Review Quality Assurance Associate

Northern Light Medical Management seeks a detail-oriented Peer Review Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. Responsibilities: 

• Collect and maintain a database of variable compensation arrangements with eligible personnel 
• Review and assess work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines. 
• Identify quality issues, trends, and areas for process improvement. 
• Document findings and provide feedback to relevant teams. 
• Collaborate with team members to implement quality improvements. 
• Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities. 
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related concerns. 
• Send and receive emails, including managing attachments efficiently.
• Update spreadsheets with relevant and accurate information.
• Review images using PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
• Plan, organize, and conduct team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with Radiologists to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Qualifications: 

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and/or CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) 
• Certification and experience in radiology which is a plus but not required. 
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools. 
• Understanding of Modality Imaging. 
• The ability to read and comprehend Medical Terminology
