Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain a database of variable compensation arrangements with eligible personnel
- Review and assess work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Identify quality issues, trends, and areas for process improvement.
- Document findings and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with team members to implement quality improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related concerns.
- Send and receive emails, including managing attachments efficiently.
- Update spreadsheets with relevant and accurate information.
- Review images using PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
- Plan, organize, and conduct team meetings.
- Communicate effectively with Radiologists to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and/or CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist)
- Certification and experience in radiology which is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Understanding of Modality Imaging.
- The ability to read and comprehend Medical Terminology
