The Public Relations & Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal events, fostering employee engagement, and providing administrative support to Employee Services and other Administrative Departments as assigned. This role involves photography, employee recognition initiatives, sponsorship coordination, and administrative tasks to support a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality, strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for employee engagement.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/LICENSURE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. GED or Hight School Diploma
2. 1 years of experience in HR, event coordination, or administrative support.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
5. Experience with event planning, employee engagement initiatives, or office administration.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a term environment.
7. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for event coverage.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Experience in healthcare or nonprofit support.
3. Basic Photography and photo editing skills.

Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
