What You’ll Do - Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute well pump system diagnosis, repair, and installations.
- Operate and maintain a well pump service truck for on-site service calls
- Independently troubleshoot and repair water well systems and electrical components.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to industry best practices.
- Guide and mentor apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing clear explanations and solutions.
- Accurately document service work and communicate with management.
What We’re Looking For - Requirements:
- Licensed Well Pump Technician or Electrician Journeyman (Idaho or WA certification preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills – able to work independently and train others.
- Proficiency in well pump system operations, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Professional communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage projects while ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clean drug test and background check required.
