What You’ll Do - Responsibilities:
- Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and installing well pump systems.
- Work under the guidance of experienced Journeyman Technicians.
- Learn to operate a well pump service truck and perform on-site service calls.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of water well systems and electrical components.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting in clear communication with clients.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation of service work performed.
What We’re Looking For - Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a trade.
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills – professional and customer-friendly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clean drug test and background check required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
